Appointment requests

The BMI calculator processes height and weight on your device without saving or sending them. Website analytics may record that the calculator form was used, but not the values entered. It does not determine suitability for surgery.

The appointment tool uses your selected clinic and visit purpose to prepare a message in your browser. It does not ask for your name, phone number, medical history or reports, and does not submit a booking to a website database.

When you choose “Open WhatsApp to send”, the prepared text is passed to WhatsApp. You must press Send there. WhatsApp handles the conversation under its own privacy terms. Messages you send are received through the doctor's WhatsApp account. Telephone calls and email are also separate from the website.

The website does not reserve an appointment slot. Ranchi OPD visits follow the listed clinic hours; Garhwa visits require checking the visiting date.

Website measurement

The live public site uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and contact-button clicks. Its custom contact events include the page path, clinic label and button position. They do not include message text, phone numbers or medical reports.

Analytics services can use cookies and device or browser information. This should not be treated as completely anonymous measurement. You can block cookies through your browser settings; the site's appointment links and phone contact remain available.

External services

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, social profiles and publications take you to external services with their own privacy practices. The homepage and the Bariatu clinic page show an embedded Google Maps panel with the clinic’s Google rating and reviews; Google may set cookies and receive device or browser information when it loads.

Your browser may also contact external providers to load fonts and analytics resources.
